Using artist Rachel Whiteread’s architectural sculptures as a starting point, the lines and grid-like pattern in Shade reference the distinctive reliefs her artworks. The semi-transparent chenille drapery has a complex jacquard weave which creates a beautiful interplay between transparency and density. Shade comes in two piece dyed colours – a deep dark blue and a natural off white.
